- Is it really new? Is it sealed?
- Brand new. Nintendo doesn’t put a seal on Switch 2 boxes, so we add a Re:Safeplay seal sticker to every one. When it reaches you, check the sticker and the console, and pay only once you’re satisfied it’s new.
- Is the Switch 2 region locked?
- No. Switch 2 game cards are region free. Digital purchases follow your Nintendo Account region, not the console.
- How do I pay?
- Cash or InstaPay, when you receive it — after you’ve confirmed it’s new. We never take card details or any payment in advance.
- How do I order one?
- Press Check out, choose free pickup or free delivery, and leave your name and number. The order is placed straight away and we message you on WhatsApp to agree a time. No account, no card, nothing charged.
- Where do you deliver?
- Anywhere in Cairo and Giza, for free. You can also collect it for free. We don’t deliver outside Cairo and Giza yet.
- What if something is wrong with it?
- If the console is faulty or isn’t as described, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll exchange or refund it. Working consoles aren’t taken back for a change of mind.
